The Flatiron Sounds Music Festival, a collaboration with KGNU and Sanitas Brewing, is part of Chautauqua’s ongoing commitment to making the arts accessible to the community. This free, family-friendly festival features a mix of talent from across the musical map, including festival headliners The Main Squeeze, the groove-infused rhythms of Salin, the experimental sounds of Improvement Movement, Afro-reggae fusion from Selasee and Fafa Family, the high-energy stylings of Cousin Curtiss, and award-winning singersongwriter Megan Burtt.

But the music is just the start. Attendees can sample local brews, enjoy delicious bites from top food vendors, and explore curated selections from local artisans. So, gather your crew, your dog and help Chautauqua kick off the summer at Flatiron Sounds — where music meets the mountains.

“There’s nothing better than a free summer festival in one of the most stunning locations in all of Boulder,” says Scott Bauer, General Manager of Public Events at Chautauqua. “We’ve got an incredible lineup, delicious food, cold drinks, and a vibe that’s pure Colorado magic.”
